I couldn’t believe how this showed up. The phone box was tossed into a super thin mailer with barely any padding at all. The corners were crushed by the time it got to me, and for something this expensive, it just felt really careless. What a joke

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I placed the order because the item showed as in stock, then later they told me it wasn’t available after all. Kind of frustrating because I wouldn’t have bothered ordering if I’d known, if that makes sense. Felt like a waste of time.

My order ended up getting cancelled, and it was more stressful than it needed to be. The updates were slow and kind of unclear, so I didn’t really know what was happening or when I’d get my money back. I’m cautious with online orders, and this just didn’t give me much confidence. I had to keep following up, which was frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again

"Import fees caught me off guard"
I ordered a phone thinking the price I paid was the final total, but then before delivery I got asked to pay import duties. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the small print, but it definitely wasn’t obvious when I was checking out. That part was weird and frustrating. In the end, it cost more than just buying it locally, so the whole thing felt a bit misleading. I wouldn’t use them again.

Was thinking about buying a phone here, but the price was higher than a few other sites I checked. Didn’t really see the point when the same one was cheaper elsewhere. Maybe some stuff is priced alright, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it. Ended up passing on it

The phone showed up with noticeable scratches, which was disappointing because it wasn’t really as described. To be fair, it still works, but the condition definitely wasn’t what I expected.

I was told my order would show up on time, but it ended up being late twice. What bothered me most was that they kept making it sound like it was on the way, then nothing happened. No proper updates, no real explanation, just broken promises and a lot of waiting around.

As someone who likes to plan around deliveries, this was really frustrating. The tracking said my order had shipped, but then there were no updates for days, so I had no idea where it actually was. When I contacted support, they just sent me the same tracking link I already had. Not a great experience.

"Refund took forever to sort out"
I ordered from techinthebasket.com getting my refund was such a hassle. I had to keep chasing them because replies were slow and nothing seemed to happen unless I pushed again. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the refund process was really poor. Whoever runs this needs to sort it out because it shouldn’t take that much effort just to get your money back

The biggest problem was the communication. I kept getting messages that were about as clear as mud, and I had to keep asking what was actually going on. The replies didn’t really answer my questions either, which was super helpful, of course. It got frustrating quickly, and overall it just wasn’t a good experience for me

My phone showed up damaged, so I took photos and sent them over the same day. Instead of actually helping, support kept asking me the same questions over and over with no real solution. I’m still waiting for this to be fixed. Make it make sense. Really disappointing experience.

I ordered from techinthebasket.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive without any major issue. But the packaging and a few little details just didn’t feel quite right to me. I’m not saying for certain that it wasn’t genuine, because I don’t know that for sure, but I also didn’t feel fully confident about it. When people spend their money, it’s only fair to expect clear, trustworthy products and peace of mind. it left me a bit disappointed.

Techinthebasket didn’t really feel like good value to me. The price seemed alright at first, but after the waiting around and then looking at what I actually received, I was left feeling like it wasn’t really worth the money.
I think other customers might feel the same if they’re expecting a smooth experience or a better deal overall. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the price was a lot lower.

"Delivery took forever 😕"
The delivery was way slower than expected. It ended up arriving over a week later than they originally said, which was frustrating. Not the best experience 😬
